Cielo Costa was founded in 2016 by Ali Sanaei with a vision to create a customer-centric consultancy driven by technological innovation. Ali's passion for making people happy led him from the hospitality industry to IT, culminating in the creation of Cielo Costa. Our global team of incredible Coasties we are here to deliver high-quality, technologically advanced products and services that elevate the human experience. Submit your application
Click 'Apply' on the job posting. Create a profile, fill out the application form, and specify any reasonable accommodations you might need. You'll receive a confirmation email.

Application review
We review your application. For some roles, we may conduct a brief screening to narrow down candidates. Due to high volumes, individual feedback is not always possible.

The interviews
Interview steps vary by role but typically include recruiter screening, technical and culture interviews, and a CEO meet-and-greet. Be prepared to demonstrate your qualifications with specific examples. Some positions may require tests or portfolio reviews.

The offer
If selected, you'll receive an offer via email. You'll need to accept or decline the offer electronically.
Step six
Pre-onboard
After accepting, our team will help finalize your start date and assist with pre-hire activities like relocation, work authorization, or paperwork.
Step seven
Hired
Your manager will provide an onboarding plan and assign you a buddy to ensure a smooth transition into your new role at Cielo Costa.
