What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Business Analysis and Design:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Use tools like User Flows, Process Maps, and Product Backlogs to articulate current and desired states.
• Product Management and Adoption:
  • Drive solution adoption, ensuring maximum user value.
    
  • Create collateral (recorded guided walkthroughs, classroom courses, how-to guides, and user manuals).
• Compliance and Governance:
  • Navigate complex contexts to deliver positive outcomes.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and be a trusted advisor.
• Project Delivery:
  • Own engaging workshops (both remote and in-person) to uncover customer opportunities and issues.
  • Bridge the gap between technologists and business users, advocating for change.
  • Leverage technology effectively to address challenges and drive innovation.

You'll have:

• Demonstrated expertise in using a wide range of business analysis tools and techniques, as outlined in IIBA’s Business Analyst Book of Knowledge (or similar resources).
• Ability to create high-quality business documentation, including User Flows, Process Maps, and Product Backlogs.
• Proficiency in using Azure DevOps (or an equivalent tool) for creating, structuring, grooming, and managing product backlogs.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools, such as SharePoint and Teams.
• Awareness of Microsoft Power Platform (desired but not mandatory).
• Experience in custom web development projects (desired but not mandatory).
• Relevant business analysis certifications (desired but not mandatory).
