Project Manager, Technology Solutions

Islamabad, Pakistan | Fully Remote | International Company | Immediate Start

Contractor Status: Rolling contract with benefits such as Paid Leave Allowance, Loan for Equipment Setup, Socials, Travel to UK.

Compensation: Monthly invoice in GBP + Annual profit share plan.

First, who are we?

We're Cielo Costa – 25 people across the UK, Pakistan, India, Tunisia, and the Philippines. We call ourselves Coasties. We build custom development solutions and advise on Microsoft platforms for clients in healthcare, built environments, and regulated sectors where quality isn't negotiable.

We're pet lovers, parents, triathletes, video gamers, musicians, photographers and travel enthusiasts! We care about our work and each other. Excellence in delivery is non-negotiable, but so is being human.

You'll work with Emma (Director of Delivery) and Divya (Senior PM) in the UK. You'll be our first PM in Pakistan, but you're not alone – we already have Coasties in Islamabad and Karachi, and remote-first is how we roll.

The role

You'll guide sprint delivery. Run agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and keep the team focused on delivering our software solutions according to the plan.

Client relationships
