Hello 👋 I'm Katy, Head of People at Cielo Costa.

We're a boutique, UK consulting company of 26 people located around the world. Consultants, Developers, Project Managers, and QA specialists working as one team. More than our job titles we are parents, pet lovers, photographers, musicians, triathlon and travel enthusiasts! We call ourselves Coasties. Excellence in delivery is the Cielo Costa way which is why we're expanding our team and hiring a Senior Project Manager to work with Emma, our Director of Delivery and Divya, our Senior Project Manager in the UK. You will be our first Coastie in project management in Pakistan. You're in safe hands, as we already have Coasties based in Islamabad and Karachi and we operate a remote-first culture.

What we do

Serving our clients and making sure they get value from our solutions is our priority. We advise and build, mostly in regulated environments where engineering standards and the need for quality is high. Healthcare, the built environment, safety and security to name a few. For these sectors -

→ We build custom development solutions that solve a business problem. Think healthcare apps, auditing tools and many more.

→ We advise and deliver Microsoft solutions - M365 and Power platform configurations, improvements to existing apps.

In a nutshell, as a Senior Project Manager

☆ You'll be keeping all the trains on the tracks when it comes to projects. You're the person clients feel safe with. You're their trusted advisor, the one they call when things get complicated, and the person who makes sure projects don't just finish but succeed in the eyes of the client. Success is solving their problem not the last task on the project plan.

☆You'll balance the messy reality of delivery with the art of building relationships. You love to find ways to work together and enhance our engagements for the good of the client.

The fine print

✔️ Be the main point of contact for clients when it comes to progress reporting, updates and risks.

✔️ Contribute to Statements of Work, proposals and estimates.

✔️ Build realistic project plans that actually work, not just look good on paper.

✔️ Lead a team of developers and QA specialists across time zones to deliver real results.

✔️ Spot risks early and find smart ways around them.

✔️ Keep competing priorities and different stakeholders in sync.

✔️ Ask for feedback from clients and act on it. You are always looking at ways to improve how you work and the impact you make.

What about you

→ You have spent some years in a consulting or project management role.

→ You have built client relationships that endure (they expand the work, they refer you)

→ You care about the details; you look for ways to show care and attention to client needs

→ You communicate clearly in English to C-suite, to engineers to delivery teams

→ You have successfully managed remote international teams and think about how to navigate and enhance the experience of remote work for everyone

→ You collaborate with energy and kindness

→ You have a desire to grow, learn and adapt, you ask for and give feedback to help others grow
