Microsoft Power Platform Consultant (3-month fixed term contract)
A Microsoft‑stack consultant capable of architecting, building, automating, modernising and communicating solutions to clients across M365, Power Platform and Azure.

We're Cielo Costa – 25 people across the UK, Pakistan, India, Tunisia, and the Philippines. We call ourselves Coasties. We build custom development solutions and advise on Microsoft platforms for clients in healthcare, built environments, and regulated sectors where quality isn't negotiable.

This is a 3-month fixed term contract, Pakistan-based. You'll work with our delivery team on client projects.
The role
You'll design and build Power Platform solutions that solve real problems for clients. You'll work directly with clients to understand what they need, advise on what's possible, and deliver solutions using agile sprints with proper testing cycles.
What you'll do
Build Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) with proper component libraries and role-based security
Design complex Power Automate flows including approval processes and custom connectors
Configure Dataverse, shape data properly, understand delegation
Work within SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams as integration layers
Support migrations from legacy systems or on-prem SharePoint
Present technical options to non-technical stakeholders
Document solutions so others can maintain them
Collaborate with PMs, UX designers, and QA across time zones
What you bring
Client-facing experience, solving problems with clients directly.
Strong Power Apps experience (canvas and model-driven) with real enterprise workflows
Power Automate expertise including governance-ready design
Dataverse configuration and data modelling
SharePoint Online knowledge – permissions, information architecture, modern sites
Experience working in agile sprints with proper estimation and refinement
Client-facing capability – discovery workshops, presenting options, managing scope
Azure basics beneficial – App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, Entra ID
