First, who are we?

We're Cielo Costa – 25 people across the UK, Pakistan, India, Tunisia, and the Philippines. We call ourselves Coasties. We build custom development solutions and advise on Microsoft platforms for clients in healthcare, built environments, and regulated sectors where quality isn't negotiable.

We're pet lovers, parents, triathletes, video gamers, musicians, photographers and travel enthusiasts. We care about our work and each other. Excellence in delivery is non-negotiable, but so is being human.

Key Information

• This is a 3-6 month fixed term contract

• Pakistan-based.

• Must work UK hours - 8 hours per day

• Mon-Fri - 7am and 3pm GMT/ 12pm- 8pm PKT

Technical skills needed for this contract

Note: You will need to communicate clearly in English to do this role.

Azure Networking & Secture Connectivity

• Azure VNets, routing, NSGs

• Private Link / Private Endpoints

• Private DNS

• Designing secure, private-only connectivity

Azure VM Scale Sets (Linux) & Load Balancing

• Designing and deploying Linux-based VMSS

• Experience implementing HAProxy (or equivalent)

• Understanding autoscaling, resilience, and health checks

Infrastructure as Code (Bicep preferred)

• Strong hands-on IaC experience

• Modular, reusable patterns

• CI/CD-driven deployments

You may also pick up some internal security and compliance tasks for our team in addition to the skills outlined above.
